Through the reservation form, we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Reservation date and time
3. Purpose of processing
Data is collected solely to manage table reservations at the restaurant and to communicate with guests about their reservations.
4. Processing methods and retention
Data will be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, exclusively by authorised staff. Data will be kept for as long as necessary to manage the reservation, and in any event no longer than 30 days after the reservation date.
5. Sharing with third parties
Data will not be disclosed to third parties or transferred outside the European Union.
6. Your rights
At any time, you may:
- Request access to, correction or deletion of your data
- Object to processing or request its restriction
- Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Italian Data Protection Authority)
